RICH EVENTS AT BELMONT MANSION IN NASHVILLE TO HOST ELOPEMENT-STYLE WALK-IN WEDDING CEREMONIES AND VOW RENEWALS ON VALENTINE'S DAY 2012
Belmont Mansion's Director of Weddings & Rentals to coordinate and officiate all ceremonies

Many brides already know about the great value of having their wedding at the historic and elegant Belmont Mansion in Nashville. In an effort to reach out to a whole new group of couples, Belmont Mansion'™s Director of Weddings & Rentals, Rev. Brandon Rich, is opening up the mansion for a day of walk-in weddings on Valentine's™s Day 2012. Normally, the mansion only allows traditional weddings and other rental events to be hosted on the weekends after 4:00 pm when the mansion's™s daily museum tours conclude. For only the second year in its history, Belmont Mansion will host elopement wedding ceremonies for couples all day, even during regular tour hours, on Valentine's Day, without appointment. In addition to wedding ceremonies, the mansion will also host vow renewals for married couples who want to celebrate their successful marriages. The first annual Valentine's event was a great success with a total of eight couples getting married at the mansion!

Rev. Rich will provide standard wedding ceremony vows for both religious and non-religious wedding and vow renewal ceremonies. Couples will have the option to have their ceremony in the bay window of the mansion's Grand Salon or, weather permitting, outside in one of the mansion's lovely gazebos. The Grand Salon will be set with candelabras, candles and plant stands. Couples should arrive dressed for their ceremony. The grand piano in the Grand Salon will be available for ceremonies that take place before or after museum tours, but not during the hours of 10:0 am until 4:00 pm. Couples are free to arrive without a reservation and get married or renew their vows between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and midnight. Rev. Rich will offer two walk-in elopement packages on Valentine’s Day 2012 at Belmont Mansion.

The $200.00 Valentine'™s Day Getaway Ceremony will be available for couples arriving between the hours of 7:00 am and 11:45 pm. This option includes candles, candelabras and a floral arrangement in the bay window of the mansion'™s Grand Salon along with officiating services and a witness, if needed, provided by Rev. Rich. These ceremonies may also be allowed outside in one of the mansion'™s gazebos, weather permitting. Each Getaway couple may bring up to five guests to witness their ceremony, but no seating is provided. Couples may bring music for ceremonies before 10:00 am or after 4:00 pm. Each couple will be provided a brief Christian or non-religious ceremony with an opportunity for photography afterward. Photography options are available on-site from Ladak Productions and are charged in addition to the $200.00 mansion fee.

The $400.00 Valentine'™s Day Friends & Family Ceremony will be available for couples who want a longer ceremony with seating for up to twenty friends and family. This option provides a thirty-minute wedding or vow renewal ceremony and photo session between the hours of 4:00 pm and midnight, with the last ceremony available to start at 11:30 pm. Rev. Rich will provide his basic ceremony options and officiating services for these ceremonies. Couples do not need a reservation for this ceremony option, but are welcome to contact Rev. Rich in advance if they want to reserve a preferred time or if they want to personalize their vows. Photography options are available on-site from Ladak Productions and are charged in addition to the $400.00 mansion fee.

Ladak Productions, Rich Events at Belmont Mansion'™s premier photography and videography vendor, will be on hand all day on Valentine's Day to provide optional photography services for all Getaway and Friends & Family ceremonies. Reservations for photography are not required. Couples can choose from several photography package options according to their budget.
