Description

A total body conditioning program that includes full body/functional fitness instruction, nutritional education, and team motivation. The program combines cardio and strength training in one session to maximize your time. This class will constantly challenge you with a series of fun, ever-changing exercises created specifically to decrease body fat, increase lean muscle mass; cardiovascular fitness, improve core strength, balance, and coordination. Our expert coach and certified exercise specialist has designed a master program to help you build a strong, fit body and mind no matter what your fitness level may be.
