Join the Karishim Swim Team

Description
Registration has begun for the Spring JCC Karishim Swim Team at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC in Newton. Karishim is a competitive swim team open to boys and girls ages 6-17. Self-esteem, teamwork and sportsmanship are emphasized. Swimmers participate in US Swimming League meets held throughout New England. Team trials take place March 26-29 at the JCC. Experience in swimming is necessary and knowledge of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke is required. Cost for the four-day trial is $50. The swim team trains at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC indoor pool and at Regis College in Weston. Registration is open to the entire community. JCC membership required.
