Guided Canoe Tour of Mound Pond

Description
Join a park interpreter at the park visitor center for an introduction to canoeing. Immediately following the class, visitors will explore Mound Pond used by the Plum Bayou Culture over 1,000 years ago. Visitors will learn how Native Americans used the plants and animals that make Mound Pond their home. No prior canoeing experience is necessary. Families welcome. Reservations are required, as space is limited.
Admission: $7.50 adult, $5 kids ages 6-12, under 6 free
